COVID-19 ISSUES
The COVID19 virus has affected trade and there are delays worldwide with all kinds of shipments. We select the fastest courier possible (ePacket) as this uses passenger flights to carry freight. Unfortunately this has backfired since the virus as passenger flights have been cancelled, and they have to use alternate routes, making parcels more difficult to track. This is improving, but please be patient with deliveries until we are all back on track.
