We offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Your item must be unused and in the original packaging. Some goods are cannot be exchanged include perishable goods, magazines, sanitary goods, hazardous or flammable liquids, gift cards and some personal and health care items.
You must include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase with the returned items, your contact details and a note explaining the reason for the return. The cost of returns (unless it is negotiated first) is at customers expense. The customers should also include tracking as OzDealz will not take responsibility for goods lost in transit.
Once the returned items have been inspected we will notify you of approval or rejection of the return, along with reasons. Your refund, if approved, will then be applied to your original method of payment. Your refund will be items purchase only, and not for postage costs. Refunds, although done immediately by us, can take 2-3 days for bank transfer.
You should return your product to the supplier address. We deal with several suppliers, so please ensure you have the correct return address before posting.
If the item arrives and is damaged or faulty it is important that it is kept with the original packaging and labels. If the item has been damaged during delivery please retain the original packaging and contact us with details of purchase, delivery dates and an image of the damaged goods. There are no guarantees but we assess each claim on its merits.
If the item is not as described or faulty manufacture you are entitled to a refund or exchange once the faulty goods have been returned to our store, and been assessed by the manufacturer. Our suppliers are well known reputable brands that stand by their products and in most genuine claims they provide a credit which we are happy to pass on to the customer. It is the customer's responsibility and cost to return the goods to our store with original packaging and proof of purchase.
We are not obliged to refund or exchange goods for incorrect ordering or change of mind. However we will try and assist the customer as much as possible. Please contact us and we will try to negotiate a solution (likely to be exchange - we do not refund change of mind). If an exchange is agreed it is the customer's responsibility and cost to return the goods to our store with original packaging, proof of purchase and including a return-paid post package for exchanged items.
